Sydney Video Agency (ABN 56 116 326 973) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our form, we collect your name, email address and a description of your project. You can also choose to give us your phone number and rough timing. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your email. We do not collect payment details through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project and prepare a quote. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who it is shared with
Your enquiry is stored on our website, which is hosted in Australia. It is sent to our inbox using Google services (Gmail and Google Workspace). We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Website enquiries are deleted after 2 years. Email logs on our website are deleted after 14 days. If we go on to work together, we keep the records we need to run the project and meet our legal obligations.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how people find us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your browser, device and approximate location. It does not tell us who you are. You can opt out using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Fonts and videos
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address and browser details. Videos on our site are hosted on YouTube and only load when you hover over or press play. Once you do, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
Information stored overseas
Google may store and process information outside Australia.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@sydneyvideoagency.com.au.
